PUTIN'S MASSIVE WW2 PARADE: Is 70th Annivers'y a dark omen ?

MOSCOW - Russia has staged its biggest military parade, marking 70 years of victory over Nazi Germany in World War Two. Thousands of troops are marched on Red Square in Moscow, & new armour being displayed for the first time. More than 20 heads of states were in Moscow, but many world leaders boycotted the event because of Russia's role in the Ukraine crisis. As the event began , President Vladimir Putin said international co-operation had been put at risk in recent years. In his speech, President Putin paid tribute to the sacrifices of Soviet troops during World War Two. He also thanked " the people of Great Britain, France & the United States for their contribution to victory ”. But he added: " In recent decades the basic principles of international co-operation have been ignored ever more frequently. We see how a military-bloc mentality is gaining momentum. ” The remarks echo previous complaints by Mr Putin about what he says are efforts by the US & its Nato allies to encircle Russia militarily.

PROPHECY INSIGHTS - The enormous military parade underway right now appeared more like a show of force rather than an anniversary marking the end of WWII. 16,500 troops took part , with 194 armoured vehicles & 143 aircraft ! A patriotic mood gripped Russia as Europe & Russia remember the 70th anniversary of victory over Nazi Germany. It is 70 years since the world has been at war . . . & yet , as Putin says , a military bloc mentality is gaining momentum again. We are closer to WW3 than at anytime since WW2 ended. Perhaps we are on the very brink of the final conflict. Seventy years of course is a significant time period. In scripture the number ' 7 ' symbolises completion. Babylon was punished 70 years later following its destruction of Jerusalem. Perhaps the destruction ISIS is now wreaking in the ' ancient land of ' Babylon ' ( modern day IRAQ ) is an ominous sign of the divine judgments soon coming upon the latter-day Babylon [ Europe ]. With Russia now occupying large parts of the Ukraine & threatening the Baltic States & wider Europe . . . 70 years after its WW2 massacre of the Jew , could Europe also face divine wrath & punishment ?
