PRE-Tribulation

[ A ' SECRET ' Return of the Lord  . . .

BEFORE  the Time of Trouble ?!? ]

Behold ,  I COME AS A THIEF.   Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame . . And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.

Revelation 16 v 15 - 16

For yourselves know perfectly that  the day of the Lord  so cometh  AS A THIEF  in the night.  For when they shall say ,  Peace and safety ;  then sudden destruction cometh upon them , as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.  But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.

1 Thessalonians 5 v 2 - 4

POST-Tribulation

[ The ' SAINTS ' will remain & endure . . .

 . . . through the Time of Trouble  ]

AT THAT TIME  shall Michael [ Christ ] stand up , the great prince  which standeth for the children of thy people [ Israel ]  &  there shall be  A TIME OF TROUBLE ,  such as  NEVER WAS  since there was a nation , even to that same time  &  AT THAT TIME  ' THY PEOPLE '  [ faithful believers ]  shall be delivered ,  EVERY ONE  that shall be found  written in the book  &  many of  them  THAT SLEEP in the dust of the earth  shall awake ,  some to  everlasting life  &  some to shame &  everlasting contempt  &  they that  be wise  shall shine as the brightness of the firmament  &  they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever  &  ever.

Daniel 12 v 1- 3

For  IN THE TIME OF TROUBLE  he shall hide me in his pavilion :  in the secret of his tabernacle shall he  hide me ;  he shall set me up upon a rock.

Psalm 27 v 5 - 6

The salvation of  the righteous is of the LORD:  he is their strength IN THE TIME OF TROUBLE.  And the LORD shall  help them  and deliver them : he shall  deliver them  from the wicked, and  save them ,  because they trust in him.

Psalm 37 v 39 - 40

Blessed is he that considereth the poor :  the LORD will deliver him  IN TIME OF TROUBLE.  The LORD will  preserve him , and  keep him  alive ;  and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies.

Psalm 41 v 1 - 2

God is our refuge and strength , a very present help  IN TROUBLE.  Therefore we will not fear, though  the earth be removed , and though  the mountains be carried  into the midst of the sea ; Though the waters thereof roar and BE TROUBLED , though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof.  Selah.

Psalm 46 v 1 - 3

The heathen raged , the kingdoms were moved : he uttered his voice, the earth melted. The LORD of hosts IS WITH US [ faithful believers ] ;  the God of Jacob is  our refuge.   Selah.  Come , behold the works of the LORD , what desolations he hath made in the earth.  He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth ; he breaketh the bow ,  and  cutteth the spear in sunderhe burneth the chariot in the fire.
Psalm 46 v 6 - 9

O LORD ,  be gracious  UNTO US  [ faithful believers ] ; we have waited for thee :  Be thou their arm [ Israel ] every morning, OUR salvation also  IN THE TIME OF TROUBLE.  At the noise of the tumult the people fled ;  at the lifting up of thyself  the nations were scattered.
Isaiah 33 v 2 - 3

O  ' the hope of Israel '  the  saviour  thereof  in  time of trouble

Jeremiah 14 v 8

The mountains quake at him , and the hills melt , and  the earth is burned  at His presence,  yea , the world , and all that dwell therein.  Who can stand before His indignation ? and who can abide in the fierceness of his angerHis fury is poured out like fire , and the rocks are thrown down by him.   The LORD is good ,  a strong hold  IN THE DAY OF TROUBLE ;  and  He knoweth  them  [ Saints / Believers ]   that trust in him.

Nahum 1 v 5 - 7

He shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness.  The LORD will be  a refuge  for the oppressed , a refuge  IN TIMES OF TROUBLE.  And they that know thy name will  put their trust in thee :   For  the needy  shall not alway be forgotten : the expectation of  the poor  shall not perish for ever.  Arise, O LORD ;  let not man prevail :  let the heathen be judged in thy sight.
Psalm 9 v 8 - 10, 18 - 19

Consume them in wrath , consume them  [  the ' heathen ' ]  that they may not be :  and let them know that God ruleth in Jacob unto the ends of the earth . . .  But I will sing of thy power ; yea , I will sing  aloud of thy mercy ' in the morning ' : for thou hast been  my defence  and  refuge  IN THE DAY OF MY TROUBLE.

Psalm 59 v 13 , 16

And hide not thy face from  thy servant ;  for I AM IN TROUBLE :  hear me speedily.   Draw nigh unto my soul , and redeem it :  deliver me  because of mine enemies . . . . Pour out thine indignation upon them ,  and let  thy wrathful anger  take hold of them.  Let their habitation be desolate ;  and let none dwell in their tents.
Psalm 69 v 17 - 18 ,  24 - 25

Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence :  a fire shall devour before him , and it shall be very tempestuous round about him.  He shall call to the heavens from above , and to the earth, that he may judge his people.  Gather  my saints  together unto methose  that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.  And the heavens shall declare his righteousness : for God is judge himself  . . . .  And call upon me IN THE DAY OF TROUBLE :  I will deliver thee , and thou shalt glorify me.

Psalm 50 v 3 , 6 , 15

To YOU who are TROUBLED  rest  WITH US  [ Saints / Believers ]  WHEN  the Lord Jesus shall be revealed  from heaven with his mighty angels.  In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God  &  that obey not the gospel  of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction  from the presence of the Lord  &  from the glory of his power.    When He shall come to be glorified in his saints  &  to be admired in  all them  ' THAT BELIEVE '  in that day.

2 Thessalonians 1 v 7 - 10
