SYRIA-HEZBOLLAH PREPARE !! Iran backs anti-Israel terror plan
IRAN - Syrian & Hizballah military delegations visiting Tehran this week achieved their purpose: debkafile’s intelligence & military sources report that in three days of talks up until Friday April 30, Syrian Defense Minister Gen. Fahad Jassim al-Freij procured from his Iranian counterpart Hussein Dehghan ' approval ' for a stepped up terror campaign against Israeli forces & civilians on the Golan, to be executed by terrorist surrogates. Iran pledged its support for this campaign & promised to make the Revolutionary Guards & Afghani Shiite forces present in Syria available, in the event of an Israeli counter-attack.
A stamping ground, designated “ the open area, ” was to be provided for all terrorist militias willing to attack Israel. It would stretch from Damascus to the Golan – a distance of 60 km by road – & take in the Syrian Hermon & Lebanese Chebaa Farms. Syrian & Hizballah military intelligence services will take responsibility for coordinating their operations & providing them with arms & intelligence. According to the plan approved in Tehran, Syria & Hizballah will establish new militias for their campaign as well as deploying existing terrorist groups . . .

PROPHECY INSIGHTS - The day of Israel's trouble draws near !!! Multiple media reports are now surfacing concerning the dark forces gathering around Israel in preparation for a tumultuous assault on the Holy Land. The Jerusalem Post reports of “ heightened tensions in the North are spilling over from Syrian infighting.” while other media outlets report the Israel Air Force carried out strikes on strategic missile bases in Syria late on Friday night , reportedly intercepting an Iranian-Syrian attempt to smuggle advanced missiles into Hezbollah’s numerous weapons depots in Lebanon. So we may be heading for the stage 1 war between Israel & its immediate neighbours – this war is detailed in Zechariah 12. This prophecy not only describes the catastrophic outbreak of war between Israel & its neighbours , but even provides a contextual back-drop to this war , accurately describing the ' unsolvable ' problem Jerusalem has become internationally & how the nations are punished for interfering with God's Holy City ( as catalogued in our 24th April post " Huge Earthquake rocks NZ " )
ZECHARIAH 12 v 2-3 - Behold, I will make Jerusalem a ' cup of trembling ' unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah & against Jerusalem. And in that day will I make Jerusalem a ' burdensome stone ' for all people : all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be ' gathered together ' against it.
v 4-6 . . . In that day, saith the LORD, I will smite every horse with astonishment & his rider with madness : & I will open mine eyes upon the house of Judah & will smite every horse of the people with blindness. The governors of Judah shall say in their heart : " The inhabitants of Jerusalem shall be my strength in the LORD of hosts their God " . In that day will I make the governors of Judah like an ' hearth of fire ' among the wood & like a ' torch of fire ' in a sheaf . . . & they shall devour all the people round about , on the right hand & on the left.
Zechariah 12 v 6-7 (NLT) states : " They will burn up all the neighboring nations right & left, while the people living in Jerusalem remain secure . . . The Lord will give victory to the rest of Judah first " indicating Israel will be victorious & Jerusalem will remain secure in this first stage of conflict soon to unfold.
