PUTIN UNVEILS PLAN : Russia's Gog reveals $35 Billion strategy

MOSCOW - Russia announced a $35 billion "anti-crisis" spending plan on Wednesday to bail out an economy battered by Western sanctions & falling oil prices, but gave few details of the deep cuts it said would be enacted this year to pay for it. The 2.34 trillion ruble spending plan includes 1.55 billion rubles to support banks, most of which was already announced last year & which many analysts say is still a fraction of what Moscow will have to spend to keep its lenders afloat. The plan focuses mainly on bailing out banks & big companies to help them weather the immediate impact of the crisis, at the expense of long-term development programs. Extra money would also be spent to increase pensions in line with higher-than-expected inflation. "This plan is something like a cushion to avoid a rapid deterioration in Russia & support several of the most important economic agents ( & provide ) social support " said Sberbank chief economist Yulia Tseplaeva. President Vladimir Putin has ordered that ' defense ' & ' social spending ' CANNOT be cut , underscoring his focus on preserving Russia's international might & social stability.

PROPHECY INSIGHTS : As Russia faces a ' catastrophic ' economic & social meltdown , Russian President Vladimir Putin has ' refused ' to cut back on social welfare programs to avoid an uprising of discontent domestically. More tellingly , Putin has not only refused to cut back funding of Russia's military , but ( as of 22 January 2015 ) it announced arms spending would actually ' increase ' by 20% in 2015 & rise by a further 40% by 2017. It defies any sensibility that any leader would expand ' military spending ' in the face of such diabolical economic turmoil . . . unless of course , that leader had an ' evil thought ' , an undisclosed sinister plan to deliver his nation out of its financial woes . . . precisely as foretold in God's Word over 2,500 years ago. We are watching the unfolding of bible prophecy in 2015 !!!

Behold , I am against thee , O Gog , the chief prince of Meshech & Tubal : v4 And I will turn thee back & put hooks into thy jaws & I will bring thee forth , & all thine army , horses & horsemen , all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers & shields , all of them handling swords : v5 Persia ( Iran ) , Ethiopia & Libya with them ; all of them with shield & helmet : v6 Gomer & all his bands; the house of Togarmah ( Turkey ) of the north quarters & all his bands & many people with thee. v7 Be thou prepared & prepare for thyself ; thou, & all thy company that are assembled unto thee , & be thou a ' guard ' unto them. v8 After many days thou shalt be visited : in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, & is gathered out of many people , against the mountains of Israel , which have been always waste : but it is brought forth out of the nations & they shall dwell safely all of them. v9 Thou shalt ascend & come like a storm , thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, & all thy bands , & many people ( nations ) with thee. v10 Thus saith the Lord GOD ; It shall also come to pass , that at the same time shall things come into thy mind , & thou shalt think an ' evil thought ' : v11 And thou shalt say , I will go up to the land of unwalled villages ; I will go to them that are at rest , that dwell safely , all of them dwelling without walls & having neither bars nor gates, v12 To take ' a spoil ' & to take ' a prey ' ; to turn thine hand upon the desolate places that are now inhabited & upon ' the people that are gathered out of the nations ' which have gotten cattle & goods , that dwell in the midst of the land. v13 Sheba & Dedan ( Saudi Arabia ) & the merchants of Tarshish ( Great Britain ) , with all the young lions ( Canada , Australia , New Zealand etc ) thereof , shall say unto thee , Art thou come to take a spoil ? hast thou gathered thy company to take a prey ? to carry away silver & gold , to take away cattle & goods , to take a great spoil ? v14 Therefore, son of man, prophesy & say unto Gog , Thus saith the Lord GOD ; In that day when my people of Israel dwelleth safely , shalt thou not know it ? v15 And thou shalt come from thy place out of the north parts , thou , & many people with thee , all of them riding upon horses , a great company & a mighty army : v16 And thou shalt come up against my people of Israel , as a cloud to cover the land ; it shall be in the latter days , & I will bring thee against my land , that the heathen ( the nations ) may know me , when I shall be sanctified in thee , O Gog , before their eyes. v17 Thus saith the Lord GOD ; Art thou he of whom , I have spoken in old time by my servants the prophets of Israel , which prophesied in those days many years that I would bring thee against them ?
